Job Description

This project is motivated by work in the CODAR project and the DOE NWChemEx project, which calls for developing advanced high-performance models/algorithms for modeling molecules and the systems composed of them. While existing theoretical models offer clear interpretations in physics, they are often not accurate enough in describing the observed properties and behaviors of the molecules under investigation. We plan to integrate the exceptional ability of deep learning models to encode patterns hidden in experimental data with the known physics to deliver better predictions of the properties and behaviors of molecules, especially large ones.
