Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for the delivery of recruitment process training for Pfizer’s Candidate Experience and Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Services resources.  Reports to Regional Delivery Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds recruiter effectiveness with delivery of training curriculum for on-boarding new resources, development of training for new or changed processes and provides on-going coaching as needed
  • Develops and delivers the education strategy, materials, and tools to enhance recruiter and RODA effectiveness
  • Drives recruiter adoption and utilization of Workday, recruitment tools and digital technologies and effective execution of global policies and processes
  • Develops and maintains deep understanding of TA processes, technologies, and solutions
  • Evaluates regional recruitment impacts to proposed changes or uptake of functionality and develops appropriate stakeholder awareness and engagement
  • Supports local implementation and training of new digital solutions and recruitment process outsourcing
  • Defines and measure effectiveness, advises on strategies to influence change and ensure successful adoption of core practices
  • Liaises with Global Framework lead to ensure alignment to Compliance, Legal, Privacy and Employee Relations global and regional regulations
  • Provide feedback from education to the Process Owners with opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participates in process testing for new integrated technologies and process solutions.
  • Serves as escalation resource to recruiters and Candidate Experience leads for operational issue resolution with Workday / HiredScore / Hirevue / Paradox / Broadbean / LinkedIn, collaborating closely with HRIS, Pfizer Colleague Service Center, process teams and external vendors to understand and resolve any technical or process issues impacting recruitment with the urgency needed to support business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience required in related field:  Training, Recruiting or HR operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge Management experience: design; planning and execution activities.
  • Proven written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to weigh multiple customer impacts and recommend solutions aligned to business priorities
  • Ability to problem solve in order to address complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cross functional results in an integrated, collaborative manner and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and functional information in an easy to understand manner

Nice To Have

  • Experience delivering onboarding and talent acquisition services
  • Experience participating in process and user experience design
  • Learning or training background
  • Workday or other ATS experience
