Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, organized care and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Provides the most current information pertaining to Pfizer products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory. Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
Coordinating logistics and sales information in certain territory; Manage challenges/opportunities in the region; sharing best practices; information collection and synthesis to create insights and inform national strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Organizational leadership
To develop skills to make value-based, outcome-driven decisions
To support a team climate for productivity and respect
To work in the field with all members of the District to counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development

Identify country market business potential and manage resources to exploit opportunities:
Targeting strategy reflects customer focus
Territory analysis of potential and comparative sales and territory development plans in place
Feedback from customers and staff
Knowledge, skills, background, abilities
University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business;
Preferably 2 to 5 years of sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field is an advantage)
Successful implementation of a business plan and programs/tools
Excellent verbal and written skills
English Proficiency is a "nice to have"
