Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Biopharma Finance team to support the Dermatology brands within the Specialty Care BU.  The successful colleague in this role will be a key commercial business partner.  This role involves comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, work on strategic initiatives, and reporting.  The Senior Manager will report to the Vice President, SCBU and operate in a very matrix environment, with multiple stakeholders across different Finance and Commercial teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business finance support to the Brand Marketing Team Leads for Cibinqo, Litfulo & Eucrisa.
  • Provide financial leadership on business initiatives that unlock business value across assigned US commercial teams to maximize results while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies
  • Establish effective working relationships with business partners and provide financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical support to the commercial teams
  • Provide performance reporting for Dermatology Brands, generating weekly and monthly trackers for the brand lead and other stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and update the Dermatology sales models for Operating Plan, LE forecasts and other specific scenarios according to latest market developments and trends
  • Submission of all FP&A, Controllers and US finance deliverables for Dermatology Brands, such as Local Mosaic submissions, monthly VEP validations, quarterly Alliance Revenue Receivables BPC data load, external reporting web-forms, etc.
  • Provide analysis and insight into brand P&L performance (i.e., revenues, cost of sales, and A&P spend).  Complete monthly and quarterly US alliance processes and reconciliations
  • Active participation and support of SCBU US finance team activities such as simplification/automation initiatives, coordination of periodic meetings

Required Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of finance experience; 6 years with advanced degree
  • Experience in Product P&L financial management and corresponding business knowledge
  • Must possess expertise in financial modeling & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Pfizer’s financial systems
  • Must have very strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written & presentations) demonstrating the ability to effectively summarize critical information into clear, concise, and insightful updates for senior leadership 
  • Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources to provide perspective
  • Ability to perform complex data analysis and ability to work in a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree, preferably finance, an MBA/CPA
  • Experience with Gross to Net components such as Chargebacks, Rebates, CoPay
  • Life Sciences Industry experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $105,500.00 to $175,900.00.
