Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The HRM Lead team of HRM and responsible for growing the revenue in the assigned territory / region. HRM Lead responsible in developing Sales Strategy for his/her team to achieve the product target by working closely & collaborate with cross functional team especially marketing. HRM Lead also will have grow people responsibility especially in nurturing future talent of sales leaders and aligning this objectives with CFC lead and PX. HRM lead will also ensure the compliance & integrity of his / her team in conducting sales activity and follow Pfizer policies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver the revenue target of assigned products / territories of his/her team
  • Develop Sales Strategy for his/her team and ensure the execution of the plans
  • Deliver active coaching to his/her team to achieve Pfizer`s objectives
  • Assist CFC lead to manage the territory budget setting and HRs target setting in monthly/quarterly setting
  • Assist CFC lead to monitor & ensure the MBO execution excellence
  • Develop strong relationship with customer not limited to HCPs, KOL, and accounts
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account / Hospital Lead to develop Hospital / Accounts Strategy to achieve products / Pfizer`s long term growth
  • Collaborate with L&D team to develop capabilities & competencies of his/her team to meet company standards
  • Nurturing the future talent in his / her organizations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams like PHeX, Market Access, PPA, Medical, regulatory to deliver planning & execution of the projects that related with his/her territory
  • Work hand in hand with marketing team to ensure highest standard of Marketing activities / Sales driven activities planning & executions
  • Manage daily sales operations of his/her team not limited to CFC effectiveness monitoring, coaching plan and marketing activities executions.
  • Assist CFC Lead and collaborate with PX, COP and Incentive team to build attractive incentive plan for sales organization to meet company interest and motivate the sales colleagues
  • Leads and coordinates KPI tracking and develops relevant sales incentive scheme to motivate achievement of sales objectives
  • Collect and update market intelligence information on major competition, industry situation and government regulation to support and facilitate future development projects.
  • Know, analyze, and disseminate relevant market information, including competitor analyses, product performance, commercial performance and sales data, to support the identification of sales opportunities.
  • Lead the HRM during the forecasting processes ensuring accurate, robust and timely forecasts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in sales/marketing/training with 5 years or more experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Have a people management and sales management experience with a track record of delivery through others
  • Experience in working in a high performance team with clear evidence of individual contribution
  • Innovative thinking and problem solving with strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the National Healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry and strong evidence of customer interaction and use of customer insights
  • Evidence of leadership and interaction with cross functional teams
  • Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word
  • Must be able to demonstrate competence in influencing a broad range of senior stakeholders through credible, clear and logical communication
  • Able to communicate in English
