Patient and Marketplace Corp. Affairs: Within C4, the Patient and Marketplace Corp. Affairs team is accountable for delivering patient-facing digital companions and external marketplace solutions to increase customer value and simplify specialty pharma services to ensure patients can acquire Pfizer breakthroughs.
What You Will Achieve
The primary purpose of the Technical Business Analyst is to provide Digital leadership and oversight to continuously deliver digital experiences to Patient Insights’ stackholders. The customer types could include Brand teams, Brand acceleration team, strategy and consulting team, SAS CoE and digital stakeholders.
The project manager is expected to co-lead complex cross-functional projects for Primary Care business unit.
The individual filling this role is expected to manage the expectations of the business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical and business requirements.
How You Will Achieve It
Subject Matter Expertise – General
Co-Leads teams to ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, budget and schedule in accordance with Pfizer Digital Lifecycle processes. Liaise with stakeholders to manage and control changes to project parameters
Works independently and collaboratively to review projects against business case when completed to ensure projected benefits are being realized
Gather and manage requirements by conducting interviews, workshops and surveys to elicit requirements, document and manage requirements
Skilled in Patient Support Services, particularly in managing the Specialty Patient Journey, to collaborate with business stakeholders and digital teams
Good understanding of data compliance processes and controls around Patient Health Information (PII) and Patient Identifiable Information (PII)
Develop and help to interpret complex business requirements into prototyping and low and high-fidelity wireframes
Create the Technical Business Analyst to document business processes clearly and effectively
Strategic Leadership & Delivery
Apply advanced knowledge on project deliverables to provide leadership and guidance on project planning, execution and implementation activities. Identify opportunities to implement industry best practices for effective project delivery
Establish a robust decision-making model for selecting objective, optimal and prompt decisions for any issues raised
Cross- Team Collaboration
Establish stakeholder communication strategy using a variety of communication tools to ensure timely and effective communication on progress, risks/ mitigation and accomplishments
Anticipate potential objections and manage conflicts and escalations by encouraging an open dialogue across teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred
5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
High proficiency and proven successful delivery of experiences using Agile development, especially scaled agile and lean techniques and methodologies (Disciplined Agile, SAFe, etc.)
3+ years of collaborating with and managing cross-functionals teams including business subject matter experts, technical experts and compliance teams for project execution
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience understanding business requirements, technical concepts and business processes
Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
Experienced in Business Intelligence tools, proficiency in writing SQL queries using cloud database like Snowflake
Strong facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong working knowledge on MS Tools – Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Nice-to-Have
Master of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management
Experienced UX and UI tools like Figma and MIRO
Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments, to be open, and motivated to learn and adopt new ideas and concepts
Project Management Professions (PMP) Certification
Agile Certification
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Expectations around travel will be minimal but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to other Pfizer sites
Pfizer Digital is a 7x24x365 endeavor. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours
