City of Hope Medical Group is Seeking a Breast Medical Oncologist to Join our Irvine Team
Join one of the top 5 cancer centers in the nation! Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute we seek to hire a full-time experienced Brest Medical Oncologist at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level to join our clinical faculty at the Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, in Irvine, California. Position Highlights:
- Participate in clinical excellence and innovation, support quality and safety, and develop clinical, administrative, and research activities for our Breast Cancer Program at our new Irvine campus
- Clinical responsibilities to include mostly outpatient and some inpatient treatment with a focus in breast cancer with the opportunity to provide optimal treatment outcomes with compassionate patient-centered care
Position Benefits:
- Excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan
- Relocation assistance may be available
- Base Salary Range: $300k to $500k The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2years of experience as an academic breast cancer oncologist with excellent clinical skills and evidence of the ability and desire to build a practice
- Experience working in an academic medical center that delivers both clinical and translational research to patients diagnosed with breast cancer
- Be well versed in the state of breast cancer care and the latest research and innovations
- The ideal candidate must participate in clinical research relevant to breast cancer and demonstrate a commitment to research as shown by submission of publications and presentations on international and national stages
- Applicants must have an M.D., D.O. or equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution and boarded (or board eligible)
- The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license
