Join one of the top 5 cancer centers in the nation! At our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute we seek to hire a full-time Fellowship-trained, Academic Gastrointestinal Medical Oncologist for a clinical-research position to join the Division for Gastrointestinal Oncology within Department of Medical Oncology and Therapeutics Research at City of Hope in Irvine, CA.

The successful candidate will exhibit a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and have a strong track record in research. Must participate in clinical or basic science research relevant to GI medical oncology and demonstrate a commitment to research as shown by submission and presentation of abstracts and published manuscripts.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • State-of-the-art facilities:
    • 73 bed hospital, 4 operating room suites, 8 bed ICU
  • Full-time position, working within an established team of physicians and nurses in an integrated, multidisciplinary department
  • Responsibility in assisting with growth of various clinical programs, including colorectal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, neuroendocrine, and gastro-esophageal cancers
  • Primary clinical responsibilities will center on the care of gastrointestinal cancer patients

PAY & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $300k - $500k (base pay commensurate with qualified academic rank) Additional Incentive Available!
